CLAY CENTER — Led by a 1-2 finish from Shannen Chin and Haleigh Spray, the Thomas More Prep-Marian girls golf team took third in the Clay Center Invitational on Thursday.    Chin broke her own 9-hole school record with a 34, beating her previous best of 37 while Spray finished with a 43.    Wamego won with 189 and Concordia took second at 190.  There were eight schools and 42 golfers participating.   Other TMP scores were Abby Heimerman's 59 and Avin Inlow's 60.   The TMP Invitational will be held Monday at Smoky Hill Country Club.    HAYS HIGH TAKES SIXTH IN HUTCH   HUTCHINSON — The Hays High girls golf team took sixth place in the Hutchinson Invitational on Thursday, led by a 20th-place finish from Sophia Garrison.    Garrison carded a 90 while Molly Eikenberry and Taleia McCrae had 96s to finish 33rd and 34th, respectively. Emily George was 40th with a 97.    Hays had a team score score of 379. Topeka-Hayden won the tournament with a 343.    INDIANS' SOCCER FALLS AT LIBERAL   LIBERAL — The Hays High boys soccer team fell 4-1 at Liberal on Thursday, dropping to 4-8 on the season.    The Indians will play at Dodge City on Tuesday.
