Study says KU has best ROI, FHSU 10 of 12

Fort Hays State University ranked 10th of 12 Kansas colleges in return on investment by Affordable Colleges Online.
According to the methodology, ROI is the incremental lifetime earnings as a result of earning a college degree minus the cost of the education.
The FHSU listing shows an ROI of $277,400 and tuition of $4,320.
With an ROI of $656,800 and tuition of $9,678, the University of Kansas topped the list. Pittsburg State University was sixth with ROI of $429,200 and tuition of $5,494, and Emporia State University, with a $198,600, ROI and $5,272 tuition, ranked 12th.
The ranking is based on current data from the National Center for Education Statistics, Integrated Post-Secondary Education Data System, the Carnegie Foundation and PayScale.com's 2013 College Earnings Report to identify schools with a positive return on their graduates' education investment, according to the website.
