The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the "Voice of the Kansas City Chiefs" are on the schedule for the information technology conference Thursday in Fort Hays State University's Memorial Union.

Nex-Tech is hosting Tech Edge for business IT professionals from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., said Trisha Sauer, business technology marketing analyst. Attendees who register for $50 can learn about cybercrime from the FBI, network with national vendors, listen to Chiefs' sports radio announcer Mitch Holthus and receive two meals.

The meetings will be in rooms throughout the facility. It is the first time the company has hosted the program.

"We invited customers and non-customers alike to take advantage and learn something about business technology and what's up-and-coming," Sauer said.

Participants can register online at www.nex-tech.com/techedge.
