Ellis County Commission to meet Monday

The Ellis County Commission will consider advertising for bids regarding a stormwater drainage project for the county building at 601 Main in its 5 p.m. meeting Monday at the Ellis County Courthouse.

In other business:

* Commissioners will receive an update from the architect on the administrative center project at 718 Main, and will consider advertising for revised bids.

In other business:

* Commissioners will receive an update from the architect on the administrative center project at 718 Main, and will consider advertising for revised bids.

* Commissioners will consider authorizing the development of a plan for submitting a grant application for 230th Avenue north of Interstate 70 by Exit 157, and 55th Street between 230th Avenue and U.S. Highway 183 to the Kansas Department of Transportation.

* Commissioners will receive an update on the Buckeye Wind Project.

* Commissioners have scheduled a special meeting for noon Tuesday at the courthouse to discuss the courthouse and Law Enforcement Center renovation project with the architect.
