Agnes Randa, 75, Liebenthal, died Tuesday, March 4, 2014, at her home.

She was born Oct. 25, 1938, in Liebenthal to Leo and Elizabeth (Burgardt) Herrman.

She married Jerome W. Randa on Oct. 27, 1956, in Liebenthal. She was a homemaker. Throughout her life, she also worked at Herrman Grocery Store and assisted at the post office, both in Liebenthal.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and St. Ann Altar Society, both of Liebenthal, and a board member of Hays Meal Site.

Survivors include her husband, Liebenthal; two sons, Darold Randa and wife, Mary Ann, Liebenthal, and Dermot Randa and wife, Suzanne, La Crosse; two daughters, Coleen Janda and husband, Michael, Salina, and Christine Werth and husband, Brad, Hays; three sisters, Lucy Herrman and husband, Bill, La Crosse, Leona Vsetecka and husband, Chuck, Victoria, and Helen Meder, Hays; five grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; six brothers, Jerome Herrman, Julius Herrman, Gilbert Herrman, Wenny Herrman, Francis Herrman and Leon Herrman; and five sisters, Florine Daubert, Dorothy Urban, Rose Johnson, Mary Hooper and Cecilia Herrman.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Liebenthal; burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Liebenthal.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, with family present from 6 to 7 p.m. at Janousek Funeral Home, La Crosse.

A vigil/rosary will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorials are suggested to St. Joseph's Heritage Fund, Liebenthal, in care of the funeral home.
