Amy Pearl (Clems) Galliardt, 88, Hays, died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013, at Schowalter Villa Nursing Home, Hesston.

She was born Aug. 27, 1925, in St. John to George and Mary Clems.

She married Raymond R. Galliardt on May 20, 1947, in Wichita. He preceded her in death.

She was a homemaker for many years until she went to work at Hadley Hospital.

They both were members of New Life Center Assembly of God Church, Hays.

Survivors include five sons, Richard and wife, Brenda, Orange, Calif., Donald, Marlboro, Mass., Robert and wife, Marilyn, Hutchinson, Kerry and wife, Mona, Hays, and Jan, Miami Beach, Fla.; a sister, Hazel Jordan, Dos Cabezas, Ariz.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Eleanor (Clems) Schultz.

Services will be at 5 p.m. Thursday at Hays Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1906 Pine; graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. in St. John Cemetery, St. John.

Memorials are suggested to New Life Center Assembly of God Church, 1701 E. 22nd, Hays, KS 67601.
