Andrew 'Andy' Seifert Jr., 95, Clyde, died Saturday, Jan. 25, 2014, at Park Villa Nursing Home, Clyde.

He was born May 31, 1918, in Clyde to Andrew Sr. and Laura (Black) Seifert.

Survivors include his wife, Josephine, Clyde; a son, Dr. David Seifert and wife, Shirl, Sedona, Ariz.; two daughters, Jolene Moore and husband, Don, Hays, and Lori Adkins and husband, Nick, Clifton; a daughter-in-law, Ellen Seifert, Clyde; 11 grandchildren, Michael Seifert, Chereƃ© Netherton, Chad Seifert, Andrea Stovall, Vincent Seifert, Scott Seifert,

Leslie Olmstead, Aimee Brisco, Kylie Jefferis, Alison McNeil and Sadie Pruser; 28 great-grandchildren; and a host of additional family, friends, community members and customers.

He was preceded in death by a son, Allan Seifert; his parents; and a sister, Lucille Baecht.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Clyde; burial in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Clyde, with military honors by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 7515, Clyde.

Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Monday with family greeting friends from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Chaput Mortuary, Clyde.

A rosary will be at 6 p.m. Monday at the mortuary.

Memorials are suggested to Park Villa Nursing Home or Mount Calvary Cemetery Fund in care of the mortuary.
