Anita Jane Fowler, 53, Hominy, Okla., died Monday, Aug. 23, 2010, in Bartlesville, Okla.

She was born April 17, 1957, in Beloit to Edward and Irene (Hammerschmidt) Pfannenstiel.

She was a nurse's aide at a nursing home for several years.

Survivors include a son, Scotty Fowler; two daughters, Amanda Conner, Bartlesville, and Sheila Corley, Hominy; three brothers, Kenneth Pfannenstiel, Northglenn, Colo., Robert Pfannenstiel, Hays, and Freddie Pfannenstiel, Denver; five sisters, Rose Ann Beltch and Judith Schomer, both of Lawrence, Diane Pfannenstiel, Dallas, Sheila Houston, LeRoy, and Brenda Fisher, Hominy; and 11 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Dawn.

Services were Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hominy; burial in A.J. Powell Cemetery.

Powell Funeral Home, Hominy, is in charge of arrangements.
