Anna Van Loenen, 86, Prairie View, died Sunday, March 10, 2013, at Hays Medical Center.

She was born March 4, 1927, in Phillips County to Henry and Alie (Tien) Pakkebier.

Survivors include a son, Rodger, Prairie View; two daughters, Beverly Schemper, Prairie View, and Linda Levene, Tucson, Ariz.; two brothers, Tenis Pakkebier, Prairie View, and Marvin Pakkebier, La Crosse; a sister, Sylvia Kats, Norton; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Buford; a daughter, Amy; and a son, Buford Jr.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Prairie View Reformed Church; burial in Prairie View Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, with family receiving friends from 7 to 8 p.m., both at Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg.

Memorials are suggested to Prairie View Senior Center or Phillips County Home Health in care of the funeral home.
