Anthony John "A.J." Couse, 20, Plainville, died Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012, at Hays Medical Center.
He was born Oct. 22, 1991, in Plainville to John and Lisa (Campbell) Couse.
Survivors include his parents, Plainville; grandparents, Charlie Campbell, Woodston, Kathy Campbell, Stockton, and Jack and Barbara Couse, Plainville; and many aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Max and Zelma Strutt, Johnnie and Catherine Dauwe, and John and Iva Campbell.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Smith-Moore-Overlease Funeral Home, Stockton; burial in Plainville Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday, with family receiving friends from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
