Arnold R. Keller, 83, Lincoln, Neb., died Thursday, July 10, 2014.

He was born in Ellis to Rudolph and Bernice Keller.

He worked for O'Loughlin Motor Sales in Ellis, then served in the Army National Guard for eight years and received an honorable discharge. He later was an owner/operator of Ellis Appliance Service. Keller moved to Bird City and worked for the REA. He moved to Lincoln in 1965, and he continued to work for the Nebraska statewide REA. He also started a career with Westinghouse. He retired in 1993 with 22 years of service. Survivors include his wife, Joann Keller, of the home; two sons, Barry Keller and wife, Cindy, Doniphan, Neb., Brent Keller and wife, Nancy, Pleasant Dale, Neb.; a daughter, Belinda Craig and husband, Chuck, Cheney, Neb.; a brother, Wilbert Keller and wife, Fern, Ellis; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Ken and Joy Hladek, Omaha, Neb.; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, a brother and one grandson.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, with family present from 6 to 8 p.m., and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 375 Lincoln St., Malcolm, NE 68402, with burial in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to Saint Paul Lutheran Church and Nebraska Stroke Camp.
