He was born March 26, 1947.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Meier; a son and daughter-in-law, Craig and Heather Meier; a daughter and son-in-law, Janell and Gino Badami; a sister and brother-in-law, Joan and Larry Steele; five grandchildren, Finn, Nate, Phoebe, Angelo and Nico; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Anne Meier.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Elizabeth Ann Catholic Church, 114th and Fort, Omaha, Neb.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, with a vigil at 7 p.m. at the church.
