Billie Kathryn McKellips, 79, died Friday, Dec. 13, 2013, at Park Lane Nursing Home, Scott City.

She was born Oct. 16, 1934, in Colby to Alex and Marion E. (Donovan) Keller.

She married Dale E. McKellips on Feb. 18, 1975, in Julesburg, Co. He preceded her in death Aug. 10, 1996. She was a retired cook and restaurant owner and operator.

Survivors include two sons, Loren Percival and wife, Candy, Grinnell, and Tim Percival and wife, Pat, Scott City; three daughters, Kay Percival, Scott City, Kathy Nieman and husband, Raymond, Hays, and Lee Percival, Andover; three sisters, Bernice Nickel and husband, Roy, Oakley, Elsie Wolf and husband, Joe, Norton, and Jennie Wolf and husband, Daryl, Monument; 11 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, John Percival; and a sister, Twila Hawkins.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, at First Baptist Church, 803 S. College, Scott City; inurnment in Oakley Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to First Baptist Church, 803 S. College, Scott City, KS 67871.
