Brent Alan Tanner

Brent Alan Tanner, 41, Dodge City, died Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2010, in rural Sheridan County near Grinnell.

He was born Jan. 13, 1969, in Hill City to Frank Jr. and Linda (Richards) Tanner.

He married April Brigmann in April 1996. She preceded him in death in 2007.

Survivors include a son, Gage, Loveland, Colo.; a daughter, Taylor, Loveland; his mother, Loveland; his special friend, Gayle Martin and her son, Cole Martin, Dodge City; a brother, Kyle Tanner, Rollinsville, Colo.; two sisters, Kerri Tanner, Longmont, Colo., and Kimberly Boeger, Grinnell; and his grandmother, Dorothy Richards, Hoxie.

He was preceded in death by his father and his grandfather, Harold Richards, in 1991.

Services will be at a later date; private inurnment in Hoxie Cemetery.

Memorials are suggested to his children in care of Mickey-Leopold Funeral Home, Hoxie.
