Carolyn S. (Gross) Lauterbach

Carolyn S. (Gross) Lauterbach, Clearwater, died Monday, Aug. 11, 2014.

She was a retired medical transcriptionist and secretary.

Survivors include a son, Kurtis Lauterbach and wife, Peggy, Clearwater; a daughter, Kristy Pfeifer and husband, Roger, Hays; and two grandchildren, Kolby Lauterbach and Savannah Pfeifer.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Julian "Bud" Lauterbach; and her parents, Weir Gross Jr. and Juanita (Shay) Gross.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary Chapel, Clearwater.

Visitation will be until 8 p.m. Thursday, with family present from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the mortuary.

Memorials are suggested to Clearwater ambulance service or fire department, P.O. Box 453, Clearwater, KS 67026, or Good Shepherd Hospice, 439 McLean Blvd, Set 100, Wichita, KS 67203.
