Carrel J. Dutt, 91, died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2013, at Manor Care Nursing Center.

She was born in Mullinville and lived in the area for 25 years after moving from Topeka.

She was a secretary for several state agencies in Kansas for many years before retiring in 1988.

She was a member of Blue Ridge United Methodist Church and an alumni member of Beta Sigma Phi.

She enjoyed genealogy, sewing and her family.

Survivors include three sons, Rod Dutt and wife, Kathy, Greg Dutt and wife, Sandi, and Stan Dutt and wife, Bridgette; a daughter, Pam Bell and husband, Ted; a brother, Myron McKinley; two sisters, Virginia Slimmer and Sibyl McKinley; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, LeRoy.

Services will be at noon Monday at Floral Hills Funeral Home, Kansas City, Mo.; burial in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon Monday at the funeral home.
