Charles W. Jamison, 64, Quinter, died Saturday, March 13, 2010, at Gove County Medical Center, Quinter.

He was born Sept. 6, 1945, in Quinter to William and Anna (Garber) Jamison.

He married Donna (Wagoner) Jamison on Feb. 14, 1965, in Gardner.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; three sons, Randall Jamison, Troy, Ohio, Kevin Jamison, New Lebanon, Ohio, and Doug Jamison, Baldwin City; a daughter, Karen Benedict, Covington, Ohio; three brothers, Calvin Jamison, Galen Jamison and Gary "Chub" Jamison, all of Quinter; two sisters, Anna Mae Hirt, Westphalia, and Janet Edgecomb, Flora, Ind.; and 12 grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Quinter High School Auditorium; burial in Big Creek Cemetery, Quinter.

Visitation will be from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Schmitt Funeral Home, Quinter.

Memorials are suggested to Gove County Medical Center or Quinter Public Schools in care of the funeral home.
