Cheryl Ann Bieker, 42, Olathe, died Friday, July 5, 2013, at her home.

She was born Sept. 24, 1970, in Goodland to Thomas Bieker and Mary Jane (Weigel).

She enjoyed all animals and spent much of her life caring for and volunteering in animal shelters.

Survivors include her mother, Mary Jane Thorpe, Olathe; a brother, Cory Bieker and wife, Teressa, Olathe; a sister, Jennifer Bieker, Olathe; her grandmother, Martina Bieker, Hays; a nephew, Cameron Bieker; and three nieces, Mackenzie Meinhardt, Macie Meinhardt and Jaedyn Kamin.

She was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents, Daniel Bieker and Harold and Mary Weigel.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Fidelis Catholic Church, Victoria; burial in St. Fidelis Cemetery, Victoria.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. Thursday, both at Cline's Mortuary, 412 Main, Victoria, KS 67671.

A vigil will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary.

Memorials are suggested to the Animal Haven Shelter, Shawnee, or an animal shelter of your choice in care of the mortuary.
