Cleo R. (Welty) Rohr, 93, El Dorado, died Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at Lakepoint Nursing Home, El Dorado.

She was born Dec. 15, 1919, in Caddo, Texas, to Victor C. and Anna (Kirkendall) Copeland. She lived in Burns and attended schools in Butler County.

She married Alvin P. Rohr on Jan. 28, 1978, in El Dorado.

She was a wonderful mom and homemaker. She enjoyed making quilts for family and friends.

She was a member of St. John Catholic Church and Altar Society.

Survivors include her husband, of the home; four sons, George Welty and wife, Adella, and Elmer P. Rohr, both of El Dorado, Richard C. Welty, and wife, Grace Eogarin Welty, Maize, and Donald J. Rohr, Osborne; four daughters, Rose Ann Rohr, Lila and Butch Mercer, and Judy Rohr-Smith and husband, James, all of El Dorado, and Juliann Rowland and husband, Gerald, Augusta; 16 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Victor Welty; a daughter, R. Irene Macy; four brothers; and two sisters.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. John Catholic Church, El Dorado.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Kirby-Morris Funeral Home, El Dorado.

A rosary will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

Memorials are suggested to St. John's Altar Society in care of the funeral home.
