Danny Ray Mohne, 65, died Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009, in Sapulpa, Okla.

He was born Aug. 3, 1944, in Yankton, S.D., to Ray and Betty Mohne.

He married Kathy Higley on June 8, 1991, in John Day, Ore. He retired from Shell Oil Co. after 27 years. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, serving from 1962 to 1966.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; a son, Ray Bombardier and wife, Deanna, Hays; his mother, Silverton, Idaho; two brothers, Skyler, Post Falls, Idaho, and Lex, Boise, Idaho; a sister, Cathy Wistner, Houston; and a grandson, Bryant, Hays.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Services will be Oct. 19 at Fitzgeralds Funeral Service, 1402 S. Boulder Ave., Tulsa, OK 74119.
