David D. Jerby, 71, Phillipsburg, died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, at Phillips County Hospital, Phillipsburg.
He was born Jan. 17, 1942, in Phillips County to Alfred Franklin and Sophronia Muriel (Rowland) Jerby.
He retired from TAMKO as a quality assurance leadman.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda, of the home; four sons, Ricky, Timothy and David W. Jerby, all of Phillipsburg, and Gary Jerby, Wichita; a daughter, Lisa Hirst, Enid, Okla.; a sister, Gertrude Redinger, Phillipsburg; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg.
Visitation will be until 9 p.m. Friday and from 9 a.m. until time of service Saturday, both at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to Phillips County Hospital in care of the funeral home.
