Donald Lee Bieker, 72, Hoxie, died Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012, at Sheridan County Health Complex.

He was born Dec. 5, 1939, in Sheridan County to Clem and Pauline (Mader) Bieker.

He married Carol Jean (Spresser) Bieker on April 25, 1962, in Hoxie.

Survivors include his wife; four sons, David Bieker and wife, Mary Beth, Aurora, Colo., Gary Bieker, Hays, James Bieker and wife, Mindy, Hill City, and Roger Bieker and wife, Jody, Seneca; a daughter, Susan Horn and friend, David Janes, El Dorado Springs, Mo.; a brother, Julius Bieker and wife, Wilma, Hoxie; and eight grandchildren, Nichole and Ashley Horn, both of El Dorado Springs, Abigail and Katelyn Bieker, both of Aurora, Grace and Gretchen Bieker, both of Hill City, and Emma Max and Jack Bieker, both of Seneca.

He was preceded in death by a granddaughter.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Hoxie; burial in St. Frances Cabrini Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Mickey-Leopold Funeral Home, Hoxie.

A vigil will be at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Memorials are suggested to Sheridan County Amusement Co. in care of the funeral home.
