Donald Ray Webster, 85, Ness City, died Monday, May 5, 2008, at Cedar Village Long Term Care, Ness City.

He was born April 19, 1923, in Arnold to Ray and Mary Burrell Webster.

He married Naomi Martin Burrell on Jan. 21, 1972, in Cimaron. She preceded him in death in January 2004. He owned Mobil gas station in Ness City. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during World War II.

Survivors include a son, David Burrell, Arnold; a daughter, Julie Dodrill, Denver; two sisters, Betty Wick, Dighton, and Thelma Holmes, Hutchinson; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in Arnold Cemetery.

Friends can call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, both at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Ness City.

Memorials are suggested to Cedar Village Long Term Care in care of the funeral home.
