Dustin Richardson, 22, Oakley, died Sunday, June 28, 2009, at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita.

He was born Aug. 15, 1986, in Oakley to Verlyn and Melinda (Langdon) Richardson. He was a 2005 graduate of Oakley High School.

He was a farmhand/farmer and rancher.

Survivors include his father, Oakley; his mother, Oakley; three sisters, Kristy Howard, Garden City, Stacy Honeyman, Oakley, and Lacey Richardson, Hays; two step-brothers, Travis Tauber and Troy Tauber, Kansas City; and a step-sister, Rhonda Flinn, Grinnell.

He was preceded in death by an infant brother, Jason Richardson; and his grandparents, Richard Langdon, Earl and Phyliss Richardson and Emerson and Cleo Langdon.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Oakley Christian Church; burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Oakley.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Kennedy-Koster Funeral Home, Oakley, and from 11 a.m. until time of service Thursday at the church.

Memorials are suggested to Dustin Richardson Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
