Edna I. (Craig) Logan Francis, 99, Great Bend, died Friday, May 17, 2013, at Woodhaven Care Center, Ellinwood.

She was born Nov. 5, 1913, near Caldwell to Homer Francis and Katie Elmire (Siebenthaler) Craig. She was a 1931 graduate of Abbyville High School.

She married H. DeLos Logan on Dec. 15, 1935, in Caldwell. He preceded her in death Nov. 27, 1957. She later married Vaughn Francis on Sept. 19, 1975, in Clayton, N.M. He preceded her in death June 13, 1990. She worked for G&D IGA Grocery in Claflin for several years.

Survivors include a son, Leslie D. Logan and wife, Barbara, Claflin; two daughters, Janet K. Nily and husband, Don, Great Bend, and E. Eileen Straub and husband, Harold, Russell; nine grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Charter Funerals, Great Bend; burial in Great Bend Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with family receiving friends from 6 to 7 p.m.

Memorials are suggested to the scholarships endowment fund at Claflin United Methodist Church or Kans for Kids.
