Edward L. "Eddie" Keller, 88, Russell, formerly of Bunker Hill, died Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, at Main Street Manor, Russell.

He was born July 31, 1925, in Bunker Hill to David D. and Pauline (Ehrlich) Keller. He was a 1943 graduate of Bunker Hill High School.

He married Doris Ehrlich on July 20, 1947, in Bunker Hill. He was a street superintendent for the city of Russell for several years, prior to retirement in 1988. He was a U.S. Army veteran during World War II.

Survivors include his wife of 66 years, of the home; a son, Danny A. Keller, Colby; a daughter, Laura E. Seirer, Russell; three grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary, Russell, with military rites conducted by the Russell Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 6240 Honor Guard; private burial will take place before the service.

Family requests no visitation.

Memorials are suggested to Bunker Hill Historical Society in care of the mortuary.
