Eileen R. Pratt, 81, Hays, formerly of Hoxie, died Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at Via Christi Village, Hays.

She was born March 9, 1932, in Hays to Hugh and Helen (Robben) Campbell.

She married Frederick D. Pratt on Aug. 17, 1954, in Leoville. He preceded her in death April 14, 2012.

Survivors include two sons, Don Pratt, Hoxie, and Dan Pratt, Selden; five daughters, Evelyn Wahl, Bowman, N.D., Lori Appelhans and husband, Chris, and Amy Kershner and husband, Tate, all of Hays, Linda Godfrey and husband, Steven, Las Vegas, and Angie Pratt, Rexford; four sisters, Mary Ellen Meier, Hoxie, Alice Lindeman and husband, Louis, Oakley, Millie Baalman and husband, Murray, Grinnell, and Agnes Winter, Hays; eight grandchildren, Lindsey Wahl, Cole, Brett, Aubry Appelhans and Lauryn Godfrey, Olivia, Madison and Ella Kershner; and two great-grandchildren, Owen Appelhans and Layla Appelhans.

She was preceded in death by a grandson; a son, Dean Pratt; and an infant son, Doug Pratt.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Hoxie; burial in St. Martin Catholic Cemetery, Seguin.

Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Friday, with family receiving friends from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Mickey-Leopold Funeral Home, P.O. Box 987, Hoxie, KS 67740.

A vigil will be at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Memorials are suggested to the church or Sheridan County Fair Association in care of the funeral home.
