Elmer H. Boland, 80, Alton, died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012.

He was born Aug. 13, 1932, in Alton to Elmer Harold and Lydia (Roberts) Boland.

He was a propane delivery man for Masters Oil & Hartzler's, Alton.

Survivors include his wife, Rose Marie (Zadina) Boland, of the home; two sons, Karl Boland and Dwight Boland, both of Alton; a daughter, Kristie Boland, Lucas; two sisters, Marjorie Ballard, Alton, and Eileen Smith, Wichita; and three grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Sumner Cemetery, Alton.

There will be no visitation per family request.

Memorials are suggested to Alton American Legion or to Rebecca Morrison House, Salina, in care of Clark-Gashaw Mortuary, Osborne.
