Elton G. Rohrbough, 90, Oakley, died Sunday, March 31, 2013, at Pleasant View Nursing Home, Inman.

He was born Aug. 5, 1922, near Elkader in Logan County to Gay and Lila (Boatman) Rohrbough.

He married Mary Lee Sperling on Dec. 23, 1944. She preceded him in death. He later married Velma Ludolph on Sept. 9, 1968. She preceded him in death. He was a retired farmer. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during World War II.

Survivors include two sons, Frankie, Altamont, and Johnny, Pleasant Dale, Neb.; three daughters, Sharon Beichle, Salina, Tami Preston, Crete, Neb., and Lori Blair, Wichita; a step-daughter, Laura Nell Mora, Denver; 21 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren; and step-great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Oakley Wesleyan Church; burial in Hoxie Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Kennedy-Koster Funeral Home, Oakley.

Memorials are suggested to Oakley Wesleyan Church and Harden Hospice, McPherson, in care of the funeral home.
