Eva M. Zachman, 91, formerly of Hays, died Sunday, July 15, 2012.

She was a retired senior companion.

Survivors include three granddaughters, Candace Barnes, Wichita, Summer Barnes, Rose Hill, and Brandy Green, Woodward, Okla.; and three great-grandchildren, Alexis Johnson, Kobe Johnson, Wichita, and Noelani Alcantar, Reno, Nev.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Barnes; and a son, Edward R. Green.

There will be no services per family request.

Visitation with family will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at 822 N. Young, Wichita.

Memorials are suggested to Harry Hynes Hospice or the Fort Hays Senior Companion program.
