Fredrick Leon Chakir, 57, Concordia, died Thursday, Nov. 4, 2009, at his home.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Nutter Mortuary Chapel, Concordia; graveside services will at 3 p.m. in Mount Hope Cemetery, Ellis.
Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. today at the mortuary.
