Gary Hayden Brown Sr., 70, Camdenton, Mo., died Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at his home.

He was born July 15, 1942, in Ellis County to Jesse Hazen and Sarah (Easley) Brown.

He married Dorothy on Nov. 24, 1963, in Peabody. He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; two sons, Gary Brown, Camdenton, and Darrin Brown, Plainville; a daughter, Sarah Kee, Salina; a brother, Bill E. Brown, Russell; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Graveside services will be at noon Thursday in Brown Cemetery, Kissee Mills, Mo.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Forsyth Whelchel Funeral Chapel.
