Gerald Marion "Jerry" Helberg, 74, Morland, died Sunday, Sept. 16, 2012, at his home.

He was born Dec. 16, 1937, in Lindsborg to Marion Carl and Joyce Lucille (Peterson) Helberg.

He married Leila Faye Conger on June 3, 1962, in Hill City. He was an attorney.

Survivors include his wife, Morland; a son, Tracy Carl Helberg, Penokee; two daughters, Tanya Sue Colson, Lincoln, Neb., and Tara Lee Johnson, Norton; a sister, Sandra Armstrong, Lindsborg; 10 grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

No formal services will be conducted.

There will be no visitation.

Memorials are suggested to Ronald McDonald House of the donor's choice in care of the funeral home.
