Gertrude A. Shelton, 87, Russell Springs, formerly of Colorado Springs, Colo., died Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, in Colby.

She was born Dec. 5, 1924, in Wichita County to Carl and Alta (McKinstry) Bush. She lived in Russell Springs with her husband Gerald for 24 years.

Survivors include five children; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place; private family burial will be at a later date.
