Greg Selensky, 45, Park, died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2013, at Gove County Medical Center, Quinter.

He was born June 6, 1968, in Hoxie to Ronald Francis and Iona Phyllis (Goetz) Selensky. He was a 1986 graduate of Wheatland High School.

He married Cassandra "Cassie" Zelfer on Oct. 20, 2007, in Park. He was a custom forage harvester and rancher.

Survivors include his wife; his children, Carter and Breckyn; his parents, Quinter; two brothers, Curtis, Grainfield, and Kelly, Park; two sisters, Lynn Schrader, Benkelman, Neb., and Julie Hall, Dodge City; and his father- and mother-in-law, Tom and Deloris Zelfer, Grainfield.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Adam and Clara Selensky, and Mike and Katie Goetz.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Park; burial in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Schmitt Funeral Home, 901 S. Main, Quinter, KS 67752.

A vigil will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorials are suggested to Greg Selensky Memorial Fund (for his children's education) in care of the funeral home.
