Harold J. Kaiser, 93, Phillipsburg, died Friday, March 22, 2013, at Phillips County Hospital, Phillipsburg.

He was born Feb. 9, 1920, in Phillips County to Herman and Eva (Fink) Kaiser.

Survivors include a daughter, Pam Spicer, Clay Center; a sister, Erma Jansonious, Phillipsburg; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucinda; and a grandson.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Emmanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church; burial in Emmanuel Lutheran Cemetery, with military honors by Fort Riley.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, with family receiving friends from 5 to 6 p.m., both at Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg.

Memorials are suggested to the church, Phillips County Retirement Center or Phillips County 4-H in care of the funeral home.
