Helen Rae DeBoer, 65, Phillipsburg, died Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at Phillips County Retirement Center, Phillipburg.

She was born Jan. 9, 1949, in Norton to William and Martha (Meyer) DeBoer.

Survivors include four sisters, Carolene Stutterheim, Lorraine Wells, both of Phillipsburg, Elnor Van Der Wege, Lindsborg, and Shirley Stutterheim, Almena; a stepsister, Myrna Campbell, Great Bend; and a stepbrother, Robert Yenne, Arvada, Colo.

Private family services will be held. The casket will be closed.

Friends can sign the book until 9 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, both at Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg.

Memorials are suggested to Phillips County Retirement Center or the Prairie View Reformed Church, in care of the funeral home.
