Henry "JR" Franklin Swayne Jr., 86, formerly of Kanorado, died Friday, Oct. 26, 2012, at Missouri Veterans Home in Mount Vernon, Mo., where he had been a resident since 2011.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Mountain time Tuesday at Koons Chapel, Goodland; burial in Goodland Cemetery, with military honors.

Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Mountain time Monday at the funeral home.
