Hilda (Ehrlich) Michel, 89, Russell, died Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009, at Salina Regional Hospital.
She was born May 12, 1920, in Russell to George F. and Anna Elizabeth (Ehrlich) Ehrlich. She attended school in Russell.
She married Leo Michel on April 22, 1949, in Russell. He preceded her in death May 12, 1992.
Survivors include two daughters, Rose Lorenzen, Galena, Ill., and Bonnie Hansen, Salina; and a sister, Esther Goetting, Phoenix.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. John Lutheran Church, Russell; burial in St. John Lutheran Cemetery, Russell.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, with family present from 6 to 7 p.m. at Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary, Russell.
Memorials are suggested to St. John Lutheran Church in care of the mortuary.
