Izetta Elizabeth Berkey, 93, Russell, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, at Golden Living Center, Wilson.
She was born Jan. 28, 1919, in Russell to John and Lydia (Morgenstern) Radke. She grew up in Russell and graduated from Russell High School in 1939.
She married Winfred B. "Pete" Berkey on Feb. 3, 1939, in Russell. She was a member of First Christian Church, Russell.
Survivors include a niece, Jenny Miller, California; great-nieces, Julie VonFeldt, Russell, and Lisa Jezek, Holyrood; and close friend Lana Zorn, Russell.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Russell City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to noon Monday at Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary, Russell.
Memorials are suggested to Russell Food Pantry in care of the mortuary.
