James Benjamin 'Bennie' Wilson

James Benjamin "Bennie" Wilson, 62, Liberal, died Monday, Sept. 10, 2012, at Rush Hospital, Meridian, Miss., as a result of a motorcycle accident.

He was born April 30, 1950, in Guymon, Okla., to Woodrow B. and Lucille (Ellington) Wilson. He was a 1968 graduate of Liberal High School.

He was employed for Nabisco/Kraft Foods for more than 30 years.

Survivors include a son, James B. Wilson and wife, Selena, Colby; a daughter, Natalie Dee Wilson, Oklahoma City; a brother, Dan Woodrow Wilson and wife, Karolyn, Kechi; three sisters, Cinda Lou Garrison and husband, Dennis, Lawrence, Janeen Brown and husband, Ernie, WaKeeney, and Ann Shaeffer, Bel Aire; a stepdaughter; three grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by an infant son, Steven Wilson.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at First Southern Baptist Church, Liberal.

Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, with family present to greet friends at Brenneman Funeral Home, Liberal.

Memorials are suggested to First Southern Baptist Church or Susan G. Komen Foundation in care of the funeral home.
