John McKillip Edmonds

John McKillip Edmonds, 58, Plano, Texas, died Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013, at his home.

He was born in 1955 in Junction City to John and Patricia Edmonds.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret Allen, of the home; a son, John Thomas Edmonds, of the home; a daughter, Sofia Edmonds, of the home; his father, rural Kensington; his mother-in-law, Gladys Allen, Plainville; his sisters-in-law, Mary Allen and husband, Todd Toman, Hill City, and Sr. Marcia Allen, Concordia; his brothers-in-law, Michael Allen and wife, Paula, Douglas, Ga., and John Allen and wife, June, Hays; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother; and his grandparents, John and Tillie Edmonds, and Archie and Edna Buerer.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at First St. John Lutheran Church, Kensington; burial in Cedar Cemetery, Smith County.

Memorials are suggested to the First St. John Lutheran Church, Kensington, in care of the funeral home.
