Kane Alan Reddig

Kane Alan Reddig, 25, Gorham, died Friday, Sept. 6, 2013 at Wheatland Nursing Center, Russell.

He was born Dec. 2, 1987, in Hays to Brian "Doc" and Lea (Householter) Reddig. He was a 2006 graduate of Russell High School.

He pumped oil wells and built fence for the Stoughtons until his health prevented him from working.

Survivors include his parents, of the home; a brother, Tad D. Reddig, Russell; and his grandmother, Betty Householter, Russell.

He was preceded in death by two grandfathers, Richard Reddig and Robert Householter; and his grandmother and step-grandfather, Diana and Don Karst.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Trinity United Methodist Church, Russell; burial in Russell City Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, with family present to greet friends from 6 to 7 p.m. at Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary, Russell.

Memorials are suggested to Lasting Life Ministries (Almost Home) in care of the mortuary.
