Karen J. Pruett, 76, Kirwin, died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, at Phillips County Hospital, Phillipsburg.

She was born April 3, 1933, in Speed to Merle and Nona (Atherton) Dick.

She was a restaurant manager.

Survivors include two sons, Charles "Chuck" Robbins, Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, and Dan Pruett, Stockton; two daughters, Kelli Reyes, Oviedo, Fla., and Gina Pruett, Goodyear, Ariz.; two sisters, Myrna Larson, Kirwin, and Tammy Carpenter, Oklahoma; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Randall Robbins on May 14, 2009.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg; cremation has taken place.

Friends can sign the book until 5 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until time of service today at the funeral home.

Memorials are suggested to Kirwin United Methodist Church in care of the funeral home.
