Kenneth 'Kenny' Nickelson

Kenneth "Kenny" Nickelson, 77, Oakley, died Sunday, May 12, 2013, at Dignity Care Home, Salina.
He was born Oct. 22, 1935, in Englewood, Colo., to Rheubin and Bernice (Feuerhelm) Nickelson.
He was a farmer. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Lois (Gfeller); a son, Stan and wife, Brenda, Salina; a sister, Marlo Weichman, Scott City; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a twin brother, Keith.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Kennedy-Koster Funeral Home, Oakley; burial in Oakley Cemetery, with military honors.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday, both at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to Dignity Care Home, Salina, or Logan County Healthcare Foundation in care of the funeral home.
