Betty Lee Kuhlmann

Betty Lee Kuhlmann, 84, Kensington, died Tuesday, July 22, 2008, at Prairie Haven, Kensington.

She was born Nov. 24, 1923, in Kensington to Arthur and Lela (Kelley) Dettmer.

She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Gilbert Kuhlmann, of the home; a son, Dick Kuhlmann, Bushnell. Fla.; two daughters, Sandy Rogers, Battle Creek, Mich., and Jo Rogers, Minneola; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren; and two step-great-great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. John Lutheran Church, Kensington; burial in St. John Lutheran Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the church.

Memorials are suggested to St. John Lutheran Church or Prairie Haven Nursing Home in care of Simmons-Rentschler Mortuary.
