Larri Lee Lewis, 51, Gove, formerly of Hays, died Friday, March 15, 2013, at Gove County Medical Center, Quinter.

He was born Sept. 16, 1961, in Wichita to Ronald and Jeannine (Shearmire) Lewis. He attended Gove Grade School. He was a 1980 graduate of Wheatland High School and attended Fort Hays State University.

He married Teresa Smith on July 22, 1982, in Hays. He and Marvin Beesley formed L&B Salers registered cattle herd and were business partners for many years.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; two sons, Hayden Lewis, Gove, and Connor Lewis, of the home; his father, Gove; a brother, Patrick Lewis, Grinnell; and a sister, Starla Donnel, Edmond, Okla.

He was preceded in death by his mother; and his grandparents, Raymond and Lola Lewis and Huego and Helen Shearmire.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Gove Methodist Church; burial in Gove Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until time of service Wednesday at the church.

Memorials are suggested to the Larri Lee Lewis Memorial Fund in care of Schmitt Funeral Home, 901 S. Main, Quinter, KS 67752.
