Laura A. Bader, 52, Great Bend, formerly of Hays, died Monday, Oct. 21, 2013, at her home.

She was born July 4, 1961, in Great Bend to Paul and Marie (Binder) Molleker. She was a 1979 graduate of Marian High School.

She married Michael Bader on June 19, 1981, in Hays. She was a homemaker.

She enjoyed working jigsaw puzzles, ceramics, needlepoint and making felt Christmas stockings and ornaments.

Survivors include her husband, Great Bend; a son, Frederick "Eric" Bader, Roland Park; a daughter, Sarah Bader-King and husband, James, Roeland Park; two brothers, Paul Molleker Jr., California, and Richard Molleker, Washington; two sisters, Lisa and Darlene Molleker, both of Hays; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

There will be no services per her request; private burial in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, rural Barton County.

There will be no viewing or visitation.

Memorials are suggested in care of the family.
