Linda Diane Foster, 59, Lucas, formerly of Wichita, Ruston, La., Arkansas and Goodland, died Thursday, Nov. 26, 2009, at Russell Regional Hospital.

She was born May 8, 1950, in Norton to Charles and Helen (Johnson) Skrdlant. She was a 1968 graduate of Norton High School.

She married Albert Foster on Sept. 1, 1969, in Lincoln, Neb. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, of the home; two sons, Brad Foster, Mulvane, and Brent Foster, Tribune; her mother, Helen Rohr, Goodland; four brothers, Roger, Dale, Allen and Phillip; three sisters, Pat, Paula and Jody; and nine grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Mountain time Saturday at Kanorado United Methodist Church; cremation has taken place.

There will be no visitation.

Memorials are suggested to Kanorado Senior Center or Kanorado Community Museum in care of Pohlman-Varner-Peeler Mortuary, 610 N. Maple, Russell, KS 67665.
