Lois Ann Thyfault, 78, Lake Barrington Shores, Ill., died Sunday, Jan. 29, 2012, at Lake Village, Ark.

She was born July 1, 1933, in Detroit to Willis and Olive Buchbinder.

She married John Frederick Thyfault on Jan. 12, 1962. He preceded her in death Jan. 29, 2012.

Survivors include two sons, Charles Thyfault and Greg Thyfault, both of Barrington, Ill.; a daughter, Dione Ellice Cortez, Barrington; a sister, Joan Hall, Wake Forest, N.C.; and six grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Thomas Catholic Church, Stockton; burial in St. Thomas Catholic Cemetery, Stockton.

Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Friday at Smith-Moore-Overlease Funeral Home, Stockton.

A vigil will be at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
